1. Working place is in the HQ of Beijing Company, Fangshan Radial Tire Factory, Xushui Bias-ply Tire Factory, etc, prepared by the company combined with the wishes of the employees. After being employed, the company will transact Beijing Working Residence Certificate (Beijing Green Card) for the employee and its spouse and children.
2. For the salary, negotiate in person combining with the company salary system; for the social insurances are transacted according the national prescription.
